Okay ... I am not particularly thrilled with this page. Fabric work remains hard for me ... I am really hot ... or really cold ... I think this one is cold LOL
I didn't have any particular concept for the page. I was determined to use these fabric letters I got, but they really were not the right size for the book, so that was not a good choice.
I use a combination of fabric and paper on tags and they seem easier for me.

The tags are gorgeous! I think the letters are too "clean" -- you could antique stain and scuff them to give more of a pioneering appearance to them, which would be in keeping with the rest of the cover and with the tags. Definitely Almost Hot.

I love your fabric pioneer tags! I am a genealogist along with a new altered arts person so I love the look. Thanks for sharing your great creations - I am enjoying them all.
